Usage:
LBW2500PBVertical Automatic Insulating Glass Outside Assembly Flat Press Production Line is a high-efficiency insulating glass processing equipment. This line can not only produce ordinary insulating glass but also for low-e insulating glass. It is a better mass production equipment to produce insulating glass with high automatic degree, high efficiency, easiness of operation and maintenance.It has seven parts:
1 input section
2 washing section
3 inspecting section
4 spacer location section
5 outside assembly section
6 press section
7 output section or tilting table
Features:
1)This line is controlled by PLC and realizes the automatic control and frequency control of the motor speed of the whole line. It adopts advanced assembly technique and solves the problems of uneven press and misplacement of the glass. The assembly section adopts limit switch and cylinder tank whose travel distance can be adjusted, making the operation easy and the location precise and the movement reliable.
2)There are two operation methods in the control panel: ‘automatic’ and ‘manual’. If the separate operation of each section or maintenance is needed, the ‘manual’ operation method is needed.
3) Washing section :6 pieces of soft brushes wash low-e glass
water heating device make sure glass clearness in cold weather
18.5KW high pressure low noise blower making circulate hot air ensure the glass in dry condition
4) Press section: can open 450mm for maintenance
