Washing and dry section:
1 The material of the back plate is stainless steel. It made by CNC laser cutting and CNC bending.

3. The blower, which is equipped with heater, blows strong hot wind; Also it is equipped with infrared heater that can dry the both sides of the glass quickly. The production line adopts the Internal circulation wind.
4. Cleaning dryer and the water tank was made by stainless steel processing manufacture, transmits the roller for to bear the acid and alkali rubber roller, according to the glass thickness transmission roller spacing may the automatic control.
Press section:
1 The press panel board of panel pressure board adopts to imported Osculum, the location system are controlled by the Servo motor, gear and rack press technology system, which guarantee the two pieces glass press together safely and steadily and the processing accuracy.
2. This machine includes One lifting table, when you assemble a very big spacer bar on the glass, it's easier to use this lift to put it on to glass.
