1. Controlled by PLC system, a completely automatic insulating glass production line (can produce LOW-E,coated insulating glass).

2.Stepless speed controlled by frequency chager,regulate transimission speed according to work state.
3.Bearings with two seats,high capacity to bear big glass.
4.NC one-time-bending stainless steel inclined airknives&burushes made of heat-resistant nylon&double waterway curculation system&SKF oil-free water-proof bearings,promise perfect cleaning performance.
5. Angle position device in assembly section,guarantee the aluminum profile be installed without misplace.
6. Two retainers in press section,make sure two pieces of glass can be pressed without misplace.Front and back boards can open 450mm,convinient to examine and repair.
7.Stepping motor make the machine runns accurately.
8. Bases the customers' different requdst, the entire machine can be improved and produce the Step IG Unit and Three Piece IG production(It is a special custom-made order).
